Carlos Moreno, MPA is a community engagement strategist and civic hacker, helping purpose-driven organizations with data collection, qualitative research, and creating feedback loops for working collaboratively. Carlos leverages his 25 years experience in marketing, design-thinking and entrepreneurship to create civic technology that improves grassroots collaboration.
Carlos also works as a local historian & journalist in Tulsa, and is the author of two books: The Victory of Greenwood and A Kids Book about the Tulsa Race Massacre.
