<p>As social media savvy politicians and <a href="http://govfresh.com/2011/06/missouri-town-uses-youtube-to-re-define-public-access-television/">municipalities</a> begin to creatively adopt free Web-based tools, public access television may find itself lose relevance sooner that we think.</p>
<p>Google is obviously paying attention:</p>
