		<description>Over in the UK we are using crowdsourcing for ideas to help improve Dignity in Care - we have had a great response so far with over 130 ideas posted, over 700 comments on those ideas and hundreds of votes cast.

Our competition closes for bids at 10am 15 March 2010 and to voters.commenters at noon on Thursday 18 March 2010.</description>

I&#039;m curious how mobile could be integrated simply such as via the Pittsburg city application or perhaps even TxtEagle which is being used in the developing world.

I&#039;m curious what the platforms that can be used....I know if you search &quot;open source digg clone&quot; Pligg, Corank, and Wordpress vote it up show up along with about 10 others.

Certainly using User Voice, Suggestion Box, or a moderated free wiki could also help.</description>
